Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Purchases go through Apple, so Apple handles billing questions and refund requests. Deleting an app doesn't cancel its subscription. For more, see Apple billing and subscriptions support (opens in a new tab).
Bought a subscription but features are still locked? Look for Restore Purchases in the app. If that doesn't help, email us with the app name.
